Agape Yoga: Yoga with a Cause
Starting January 31st, every Sunday: 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
As of January 31st, we will be offering "Agape Yoga" every Sunday from 1-2:15 p.m. This complimentary class will be offered by the owner with a christian-based theme. All donations will go directly to Red Cross for the people of Haiti!

Introducing: Lyrical Dance
Starting Tuesday February 16th: 4:15 - 5:15 p.m.
Introducing Lyrical Dancing for Teens and Adults (Mother/Daughter or Sisters) starting Tuesday February 16th from 4:15-5:15 pm. Lyrical Dance for kids 6 and up starting Friday February 19 from 4:30-5:30 pm. Bring a friend or family member your first class is free!

Slow Burn Yoga
Sundays: 12:00 - 1:15 p.m.
This class helps practioners work on the structure of their poses. Going into and out of the different poses is a slow process where breath is key. Poses are also held for longer to help build focus and determination. Muscles are worked through repetitions and slow, continuous movements.
