CoreFlex
This specialty class has been uniquely designed by Bevalie Pritchard Yoga Teacher at RDV Sportsplex and Ballet Teacher for the Orlando Ballet. It is a fusion class drawing from Core muscle awareness from Pliates, Flowing movement influenced through dance as well as Yoga Asanas ( poses) focusing on alignment, stability, and inner focus. The class has a bell curve moving up in flowing energy linking the art of movement with breath awareness very much influenced by dance, then coming down into Yin Yoga poses that keep you extended and stretching the muscle belly at ones own edge for an extended time relieving tight muscles so that mental and physical tension melts away as one continues focusing on deep diaphragmatic breathing. It ends with a full 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra in savasana for deep relaxation. Come and enjoy this very unique class from an amazing instructor!

Most of these injuries can be avoided when participating in running or other weekend sports if men are taught to practice yoga as a complimentary practice that prevents and also improves sports performance. Yoga Trance Dance (Aerobic Movement/Challenging)
Developed by Shiva Rea.
Fusion of heart opening, spine focused, continuous smooth flowing liquid movement. There is less focus on
alignment, but freedom and release of movement. It is the art of allowing the inner "shakti" (creative power) to rise into an
inner fire warming up the body, and liberating the inner free spirit. Emphasis is on spinal undulation (serpentine movement).
It takes a very steady rhythmic beat to create a trance like attunement to the music. The rhythm comes to life directly
with the physical reality of the heart rate so that the heart pumps like the music. Yoga Trance Dance has a bell curve
like a hatha yoga practice, building up slowly, escalating into a trance-like state, and culminating in a deep meditative relaxed state.
