Private Instruction

Single Class Rates for private instruction sold only at the studio:not online

• $35 - 30 minutes : mini-hatha yoga
• $45- 45 minutes: Stress Relief yoga ( focus on breath awareness and relaxation repoonse technique
• $60 – 60 minutes : work break yoga, the package deal is signing up for 10 classes it reduces to $30/private session or sign up for 5 classes at $50/session
• $75 - 75 minutes : full hatha yoga, the package deal is signing up for 10 classes it reduces to $55/private session

• Series of 3 private 75 minute hatha yoga lesson - $215

Children’s Rates

• 1 group classes a week per month - $40
• 2 group classes a week per month- $60 ( $20 savings) plus add 2nd sibling reduces by another $5.00
