Angela began gymnastics and dance in her early childhood. As she matured, these tools, along with her desire for spiritual guidance and her love of incorporating all aspects of body, mind, and spirit led her to Yoga. Angela has had active Yoga experience for 5 years, and concentrates on Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga. She has training in other traditional techniques such as Thai Yoga body work. Her passion for the Yogic way of life has brought her to seminars and workshops all over the world, working with wonderful teachers in amazing locations. She graduated with her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and is excited about pursuing additional training throughout 2010. Over the years, Yoga has taught Angela the calmness of mind, stability of the body, and the ability to cope with everyday issues with grace and serenity. Angela embraces the day to day Yoga life whole heartedly.
