 Dr. Dacia Milescu In 1997 she married an E.R. Physician of Indian descent allowing her more exposure to Eastern Philosophy. She remained active with dance, until she fell in love with yoga in her 30's. She found her destiny through yoga and became a certified Hatha Yoga teacher of the Integral Yoga influence. She earned her 200 hour certification with Red Sun Yoga Studio under the tutelage of Jeannie Laslo.
Dacia continues to teach and honor this Integral Yoga influence at Red Sun Yoga, and other locations. She has earned over 1000 hours of teaching yoga in a little less then two years!
She attributes her personal yoga practice as offering her energy balance flowing into her podiatry practice. She transmits this positive energy to encourage her three children to live the lifestyle of exercise and healthy eating. Dr. Milescu recently taught anatomy, physiology, and yoga for 6 weeks during a full-time course with a yoga school founded by National Personal Training Institute spring 2009.
