Danielle Lindberg

Last year, she traded in the corporate world (after 19 years!) to dedicate her time and energy to sharing the benefits of yoga full-time. She received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification with Rolf Gates and also has certifications in Pre-natal and Kid’s Yoga. Danielle believes that yoga is a microcosm of life—noting that we begin in child’s pose, end in corpse, and that we choose how to handle the poses in between...some poses will come easy, and others we have to simply breathe through and remember that they will pass.
